I.    Look up terms for your parents' professions and your future one
using http://dict.leo.org  and compare the terms you find there to those
on the NKU list.

II.    Do a search for terms for your future profession using
http://www.google.de .  Decide which term is more/most accurate.  Look
for articles that use the term and have some information that you can
understand.  Try to find at least one article that uses the word for
your own future profession and print it out.  (You may also want to look
up your parents' professions.)

III.    Go to http://infobub.arbeitsagentur.de/berufe/index.jsp and look
up the description of your future profession.  Print it out.    (You may
also want to look up your parents' professions.)

IV.    Go to http://www.berufsstart.de/  and find an internship for
which you are qualified or might later become qualified.   You are
looking for Arbeitsangebote (job offers), not Arbeitsgesuche (job
searches). The German term for internship is das Praktikum, plural
Ptraktika.  An intern is a Praktikant or Praktikantin .  Print out the
job description.
